American actor Patrick J. Adams, star of TV’s Suits was honoured with an Honorary Life Membership of the UCD Law Society on the 10th of September.
In 2012, Adams was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of Mike Ross in Suits.
The actor addressed an audience of over six hundred students giving a short speech followed by a questions and answers session lead by Rachel Duffy, the Auditor of UCD Law Society. Adams spoke out his career to date, his motivations for entering the world of acting and his experiences on the set of ‘Suits’.
Previous recipients of Honorary Membership of Lawsoc include the legendary actors Sir Christopher Lee and Martin Sheen as well as Judge Judy.
